Incident triage, enrichment and prioritisation with real-time threat alerting
The MDR team associates and prioritises security alerts with common threats, enriching detections with threat intelligence, analysis and security orchestration to help determine incident impact. Detected threats are escalated (escalated) to MSPs as alerts on the platform.
MDR recruitment (Onboarding)
Specific training through Acronis Academy and assistance with MDR recruitment and deployment by Acronis representatives, marketing and sales support, if needed.
Fast threat isolation by SOC team
Quickly identify the root cause and extent of the breach to contain detected threats with accelerated isolation of endpoints to limit propagation.

Depending on the initial agreement with each MSP partner, Acronis MDR allows you to provide unparalleled business continuity by fully outsourcing (doing it on your behalf) recovery and attack rollback as part of incident response.
24/7 threat remediation by MDR team
After initial analysis and isolation of the incident, the MDR team will perform pre-approved workflows (as part of response scenarios) to quarantine and fully remediate the threat. The MDR team maintains the line of communication with the customer until the threat is remediated and provides timely updates as new information becomes available.
Detailed multi-channel security upgrades (escalations)
Gain increased visibility over potential risks with 24/7 rapid incident escalations through various channels, including creating a security incident on the platform via contact details provided by the MSP, email notifications and phone calls.
Recommendations for additional actions (e.g. incident response service)
Where response actions are outside the scope of Acronis MDR tools or agreement, our MDR experts will make recommendations on areas that should be focused on. This may include recommendations for additional services such as Incident Response.
Endpoint risk profile assessments
The Acronis MDR team monitors various risks and periodically analyses affected endpoints (workloads) to determine the risk profile of each, including attack frequency, patterns and vulnerabilities, and suggests ways to improve the overall security posture.
